The client is the first and probably largest retailer and wholesaler of organic wholefoods and related items in Japan. Orders are processed from a website as well as by fax and telephone, with customers ordering from a product list of several thousand items. Purchase orders for stock from Japanese and overseas suppliers are tracked up to arrival and addition to inventory. Inventory is followed for all items, with flags set to warn of low stock, etc.
